What anchors LE SSERAFIM is a story about starting over and performance that turns adversity into strength. SOURCE MUSIC debuted the group with FEARLESS in May 2022, six members at the start and five after Kim Garam's contract ended in July 2022. Rather than singing self-affirmation in glittering terms, the group turns the way it gets back up after wounds and criticism into stage material, so it reads less as a rookie introduction than as a second start and a challenge.
The five today bring together the re-debut of Sakura and Kim Chaewon, the vocal expression of Huh Yunjin, the ballet-trained line of Kazuha and the growth story of Hong Eunchae. The further the run goes through ANTIFRAGILE, UNFORGIVEN, EASY and CRAZY, the more strong words, trained physicality and sound with space in it combine, and the more convincing the stage becomes.
