What anchors MONSTA X is a hard hip-hop colour and how much of the writing and the expression sits with the members. STARSHIP Entertainment brought the group out of the survival show NO.MERCY and debuted it on May 14, 2015 with Trespass, and fierce performing has been at the front from the beginning.
The run goes from the dark concept and fierce stage of Shoot Out through the drama of Dramarama to the matured visual work of Love Killa. Joohoney, I.M and Hyungwon carry a large part of the writing and the expression, and separating the music videos from the dance and performance footage makes the strengths visible.
