AB6IX is a four-piece boy group signed to Brand New Music that debuted on May 22, 2019 with BREATHE. Building on deep house and layering R&B and hip-hop over it is the company's signature style itself. Jeon Woong, Kim Donghyun, Park Woojin and Lee Daehwi, who came through Wanna One and MXM, overlap in their roles across vocals, rap, dance and writing, and have built stages carrying a lot of information despite the small line-up.
As entrances, the four songs to name are BREATHE, BLIND FOR LOVE, CLOSE and GRAB ME. BREATHE gives the first impression of the group in one go, with the polished deep house and sharp choreography of the debut. BLIND FOR LOVE is marked by a more aggressive performing face and a structure where each of the four stands out. CLOSE shows how the sound and the visuals came together after the line-up narrowed to four in 2020, and GRAB ME, released in 2024, brings in a bright band feel and a stage open to the fans.
