XG is JURIN, CHISA, HINATA, HARVEY, JURIA, MAYA and COCONA, a group under XGALX that debuted with Tippy Toes on March 18, 2022. Hip-hop and R&B written around English lyrics sit at the core, and they work from a position of their own called X-pop, next door to K-pop. Listen as far as MASCARA from the same year and it is clear that restraint and force coexisted in the R&B from the start.
