MR.MR worked both sides of the Korea-Japan line, releasing singles in each and changing members often enough to complicate the timeline.

Tey's singing anchors the Korean releases from the debut through Highway, Waiting For You, Do You Feel Me, BIGMAN and Out.
Useful if you want to hear what a smaller agency's boy group actually sounded like in those years.

MR.MR is a five-piece boy group that debuted in October 2012 with Who's That Girl. Signed to E-HO Entertainment / HY Entertainment, they built up a run of work with songs centred on dance pop and R&B. Working at a scale different from the full promotional push of a major label, they kept releasing stages and footage steadily, and are recorded as a third-generation group.
Highway, Do You Feel Me and Out come up as the signature songs of the Korean period. Highway shows the basic colour of the group in an early official music video, while Do You Feel Me also left an M COUNTDOWN stage, so it holds up from both the filmed and the live side. Out sits on the 1theK official channel and carries the weight of the later Korean years. Moving between dance pop and R&B, a musical direction that chose density over flash settled during this stretch.
From 2016 the focus shifted to Japan, adding singles such as Just 1 Light and KIZUNA. The recorded span of activity runs from 2012 to 2019, so the whole shape can be traced as two shelves, one Korean and one Japanese. Who's That Girl into Do You Feel Me and on to Out gives the basic colour, the thickness of the live side and the weight of the later years.
Editors' take Who's That Girl / Do You Feel Me / Out — the dance pop and R&B core in three songs, from a five-piece out of E-HO Entertainment / HY Entertainment.
No. 82 of 210 groups with recorded activity in Japan (top 39%)
The denominator is the 210 groups, out of 525 covered by KPOP DISCOVER, whose raw score reaches at least one point. The score adds 10 points per Japanese-market release, 3 per Japan-related track, 12 per member from Japan, and 8 per official Japanese account. Japanese-market releases carry the most weight because they are the most direct evidence of activity; related tracks add track-level detail; members from Japan stand for Japanese-language communication and continuity; official accounts stand for a permanent point of contact. The weights are an editorial judgement, not a statistical optimisation, and the ranking tracks release volume in Japan closely.
