KPOP DISCOVER's Blady note

Blady debuted in May 2011 under production tied to SY6 Entertainment, later operating under the Star Planet name as well. Spark Spark set the starting point and Crazy Day, out that July, brought the early colour into focus. Members changed repeatedly over the following years, so splitting the story into the debut period, the 2013 restart and the 2015 final lineup makes the whole picture easier to see. From 2016 onward group-level updates shrank, and solo work or posts from former members became the usual route back to the music.

A first listen is best built around Crazy Day, Blood Type B Girl, Come to Me and Secret Number. Crazy Day carries the bright, nimble air of the early group, and Blood Type B Girl adds the character the restart brought in 2013. From Come to Me in 2015 onward both the sound and the roster were renewed, and lining up those four tracks shows how much changed inside a short career. The group moved between dance pop and electro pop, leaving a different face for each period.

Around the Renovation period in 2015, Come to Me and then Secret Number left the footage of the final lineup, and after that nothing new came from the group. One former member, Tina, still posts on her own, and that is another route back, so even a small catalogue keeps several doors open. Crazy Day, then Blood Type B Girl, then Secret Number runs from early brightness through the restart character to the change of the final lineup.

Editors' take Crazy Day / Blood Type B Girl / Secret Number — three songs covering roster changes and shifting sound, from the five-piece group at SY6 Entertainment.
