What anchors NiziU is the brightness of Japanese-language pop and a route that runs through work in both Japan and Korea. The nine-member girl group came out of the Nizi Project audition run by JYP Entertainment and Sony Music, widened recognition at a stroke with Make you happy in 2020, and debuted properly on December 2 that year with Step and a step.
The early period established the brightness of Japanese-language pop and choreography that is easy to read, through Make you happy, Step and a step and Take a picture. Putting COCONUT and Blue Moon in between shows a range that reaches past upbeat title tracks to ballads and album tracks.
