H1-KEY debuted from GLG / Choi Creative Lab in January 2022 as a four-piece girl group. Seoi, Riina, Hwiseo and Yel make up the present line-up, and the early entrances were the sporty Athletic Girl and RUN. After a change of members the current formation settled, and from 2023 the axis moved toward lyrical songs built on encouragement.
The clearest place to start is Rose Blossom. Rather than the fast start a major label can buy, it spread by word of mouth on the strength of the song and the words themselves, and the whole basis of the group is concentrated there. Follow with SEOUL for the urban sound, then Time to Shine for the way a hopeful message is carried, and the outline of a band-pop group built on singing comes clear.
Through 2024 they stacked up Thinkin' About You, Deeper and Let It Burn to widen the singing and the range of feeling, and Summer Was You in 2025 added pop with a season in it. In 2026 came Not Like a Movie, then To. My First Love, the title song of the 5th Mini Album LOVECHAPTER, updating where they stand. Rose Blossom, then SEOUL, then To. My First Love runs from the word-of-mouth signature to the urban sound and the present.
