3rd generation · Yedang Entertainment
シークラウン / 씨클라운
C-Clown leaned R&B, with supple dancing and Rome anchoring most of the performance work.

Last updated:
Rome, Siwoo, Ray, Kangjun, T.K and Maru left behind six releases in a short run, and the melodies hold up better than the obscurity suggests.
A good find if you like early third-generation boy groups that never got their due.

What defines C-Clown is the R&B-leaning K-pop they packed into a short working life. Yedang Entertainment debuted the six-piece boy group in July 2012, with Rome among the six who carried the group from the first release to the last.
Start with Solo, Shaking Heart and Let's Love. Solo holds the R&B-leaning picture of the debut, Shaking Heart shows the hat choreography and how the group presented itself, and Let's Love moves on to the bright hook of the later period, which makes the flow visible.
Rome later moved into international solo work as DPR IAN, and many listeners come back to C-Clown from there, which makes the singing, rapping and dancing roles of the group years worth separating out. Solo, then Shaking Heart, then Let's Love covers the picture at the debut, the choreography and the later period.
Editors' take Solo / Shaking Heart / Let's Love — a short R&B-leaning history told in three songs by a six-piece out of Yedang.
