iChart

A South Korean chart that merges the rankings of six major music streaming services into one score.

Meaning

iChart, launched in March 2010, combines the rankings of Melon, Genie, YouTube Music, FLO, VIBE and Bugs into a single chart. Songs in each service's top 20 earn points every hour, and the chart updates at half past each hour. Its week runs from Monday 00:30 to Sunday 23:30 Korea time. Real-time points count double on Friday, Saturday and Sunday, and daily charts add bonus points according to each service's market share. iChart defines the All-Kill and Perfect All-Kill records, coined the term PAK in 2010, and publishes official lists of both.

Usage

Cited when fans want one number for a song's performance across Korean streaming services, for example "No. 1 on iChart." Keep it separate from a single service's ranking.

Examples

  • Supernova — Listed in iChart's Perfect All-Kill records (317 times as of September 25, 2026).
  • Because iChart adds up points, a song can be No. 1 overall without topping all six services.
