The song rankings of Melon, a major Korean music streaming service; its main chart is the TOP100.

Meaning

Melon, run by Kakao Entertainment, publishes several song rankings, led by the TOP100 alongside charts by latest release, period and era. In 2020 Melon dropped its hourly real-time chart for "24Hits," and in August 2021 it relaunched the main chart as the TOP100, which press reports describe as an hourly blend of the last 24 hours and the last hour of usage, half and half. In 2023 Melon added HOT100, limited to recent releases. A No. 1 from the 24Hits era was counted differently from a TOP100 No. 1, so compare them with care.

Usage

Used for success on Korea's biggest streaming service: "No. 1 on the Melon TOP100." Name the specific chart.

Examples

  • Blue Valentine — First reached No. 1 on Melon's TOP100 on October 20, 2025, and held it until the morning of November 22 (press reports).
  • When Brave Girls' "Rollin'" reached No. 1 in March 2021, Melon's main chart was still 24Hits, before the switch to TOP100.
