ティント / 틴트
TINT built a storybook concept out of colour, which the name says plainly enough.

Mei, Sangmi, Mirim, Jamie and Minnie worked briefly, and the fairy-tale styling is what survives from it.
Worth a look if you are mapping how the cute concept was handled at the start of the third generation.

TINT was a girl group of five, Mei, Sangmi, Mirim, Jamie and Minnie, that debuted from GH Entertainment on October 30, 2013. As the name suggests, colour laid on in layers was the axis, and the concept carried fairy tale motifs into a pop context. Sitting in the early line of a label that also held B.I.G, they left behind the brightness of bubblegum pop together with the distinct role each of the five played.
The way in is the debut song Love At First Sight. Take the first impression of the five from the 1theK official music video, then move to Wolf Is Stupid, released in March 2014, where the fairy tale motif and the direction of the group come out far more sharply. The catalogue is not large, so placing the music videos next to the broadcast stages picks up even small differences in expression and formation within the same song. Precisely because the run was short, each clip carries density.
Do Not Cry followed in April 2014, and the catalogue of TINT rests mainly on those three songs. Footage still sits on 1theK and the official broadcast channels, so a short-lived group is easy to start following now through official routes. Love At First Sight, Wolf Is Stupid and Do Not Cry in that order give the first impression, the direction and the expression of the later stretch.
