Sechs Kies turn on being a major pillar of the first generation alongside H.O.T. and on the relaunch from 2016. Formed at DSP Media in 1997 with 6 members, Eun Ji-won, Lee Jai-jin, Kim Jae-duck, Kang Sung-hoon, Jang Su-won and Ko Ji-yong represented that first wave, but Ko Ji-yong did not take part in the 2016 relaunch and the group now works as a 5-member act.
