The axis of 15& runs through two things: the line of genuinely strong singers at JYP, and the solo paths that followed for both members. Park Jimin, known for winning K-pop Star, and Baek Yerin, later highly rated in solo and band settings, formed a female vocal duo. Both debuted as teenagers, and the youth and the possibility in that are folded into the group name itself.
I Dream, Somebody and Can't Hide It make the entry. I Dream holds the singing at the time of the debut, Somebody brings bright pop, and Can't Hide It moves into an adult R&B leaning texture, which together make the role of each voice and their standing inside JYP easy to follow.
